He will help with your baggage and escort you to the waiting vehicle of your choice. If your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of this before he sets off to collect you. Driving you to your destination, he will give you a brief overview of the sights you pass on the way, and be happy to give you any information you may require about the life in Zurich and Switzerland. You will be driven in confort and safety to your destination : hotel, private address or train station.
